LAPD Response To In-Custody Death Raises Important Questions
UPDATE on LAPD Death in Custody March 28 2025
LAPD Response to In-Custody Death Raises Important Questions as to how members of the public play a role in apprehending criminals. The debate is still out as to whether the good Samaritan used excessive force to hold the suspect down for police. It is always easy for the public to judge from the comfort of a keyboard but there does need to be a discussion around when too much force is used, especially when a suspect has gone unresponsive. 47 Year old, Anthony Sowel was chased and apprehended on July the 6, 2024 after he had broken into an apartment where a mother and her two children were home. The suspect fled the scene and was captured after a short struggle and held for police. During the detainment by the individual, the suspect went unresponsive but the individual continued to apply force. #LAPD #Incustodydeath #GoodSemaritan #Semaritan #LosAngeles #DominoesPizza #Dominoes #Crime #Breakandenter #suspect #arrest #LAPDresponse #CPR #useofforce #LosAngelesPolice #LosAngeelsPolicedepartment #News #UPDATE #LAPDUpdate #LACoroner #policeinvestigations #prosecutorsoffice #headlines #criminalsuspect #CrimeBeat #TrueCrime #Crimereport #UnitedStates #ProPicstv #TrueCrimeandJusticeTV #DepartmentofJustice #JusticeDepartment
