Trump to increase US Energy Prices on Day 1

With his announcement that Canada and Mexico are going to be slapped with 25% tarrifs on his first day in office, he has forgotten how much the US relies on Canadian Oil and Electricty. He want to reduce the cost to consumers for energy and yet is going to add a 25% tarrif. Completely Counter productive.
