First time I have seen this band live and they were on point. From tight instrumentals to powerful vocals, an amazing live performance. I report from the front lines of War Zones to Natural Disasters and even get the fun projects of covering entertainment. This was a great assignment near home to cover the 2024 Cloverdale Rodeo and Fair. Mrs. Claus Makes Special Visit to Aldergrove, BC Tree Lighting Event. As Mrs. Claus's personal sleigh was in the shop at the North Pole, we were not convinced she would make her appearance. Fortunately for the kids and community, Constable Mann of the Langley RCMP stepped in and drove a great distance to provide Mrs. Claus with a ride in one of the cities SUV patrol vehicles. As the RCMP vehicles are equipped with 4 wheel drive and snow tires, it was not problem to get her to the stage in time. Mrs. Claus excited the crown, both young and old as she led a sing along to Jingle Bells and read a special Christmas story before lighting the magical Aldergrove Christmas Tree. Several others made a special appearance including the dancing Christmas Tree, The Gingerbread Man and the Grinch brought his dog out for a little stroll through the magical event.
