Nijjer Murder: Lack of New Info & India Angle in Investigation

Questions continue to be unanswered in the shooting death of Hardeep Singh Nijjer in the parking lot of a Surrey, BC Gurdwara. The suspects remain at large while the investigation continues into the murder in addition to any potential involvement of the India Government. Mrs. Claus Makes Special Visit to Aldergrove, BC Tree Lighting Event. As Mrs. Claus's personal sleigh was in the shop at the North Pole, we were not convinced she would make her appearance. Fortunately for the kids and community, Constable Mann of the Langley RCMP stepped in and drove a great distance to provide Mrs. Claus with a ride in one of the cities SUV patrol vehicles. As the RCMP vehicles are equipped with 4 wheel drive and snow tires, it was not problem to get her to the stage in time. Mrs. Claus excited the crown, both young and old as she led a sing along to Jingle Bells and read a special Christmas story before lighting the magical Aldergrove Christmas Tree. Several others made a special appearance including the dancing Christmas Tree, The Gingerbread Man and the Grinch brought his dog out for a little stroll through the magical event.
